The photos in this exercise library aren’t perfect… But to be fair the exercise library is very useful as you can see the photo with the exercise sequence together with a written step-by-step instruction that you can have with you when you are at the gym working out. In the last page of this document you have several links to upper body, lower body, abdominal and combination exercises videos.
